Tiffani Martin, the blind founder and CEO of VisioTech, leads a company that focuses on the research and development of accessible technologies powered by artificial intelligence. Rebekah Skeete, the COO of BlackGirlsHack, left her 9 to 5 to pursue her true purpose: training the next generation of cybersecurity experts. Both women are breaking barriers while staying grounded in their faith, valuing family, and uplifting their communities.

Known for her expertise in omnichannel strategy, Tiffani drives innovation, uncovers actionable insights, and enhances operational efficiency through advanced automation technologies. Tiffani’s journey began with a steadfast commitment to equity and accessibility. Fueled by her lived experience, she champions STEM education and workforce development with a passion that resonates in every project she leads. Her achievements include being recognized as one of Black Enterprise’s 40 Under 40 and the Dallas Business Journal’s 40 Under 40, receiving the AI Innovator of the Year award from the Black AI Think Tank, and being named Executive Board Member of the Year by the North Texas Disability Chamber. As a former spokesperson for the American Diabetes Association’s Black History Month initiative, Tiffani earned two proclamations from the city of DeSoto, Texas, for her contributions to the Americans with Disabilities Act and National Disability Employment Awareness Month. She also received the Lex Frieden Entrepreneur of the Year Award from Governor Greg Abbott, underscoring her impact in the disability and tech communities. As a certified ScrumMaster and Product Owner trained in digital accessibility, Tiffani transforms complex challenges into dynamic, user-centered solutions, empowering organizations to excel in inclusive innovation. She excels at developing compelling user experiences, creating unique solutions, and forming cross-disciplinary partnerships that drive high-impact projects. After losing her vision at 28 due to diabetic retinopathy, Tiffani transformed adversity into opportunity, forging a path as a leading advocate for STEM equity and accessible technologies. As the founder of Jancynco and VisioTech, Tiffani pioneers digital strategies and tech solutions to bridge accessibility gaps in product development. Founded in 2019, VisioTech focuses on the research and development of accessible technologies, leveraging AI. Tiffani holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Entrepreneurship from the University of North Texas and is pursuing an MBA in cybersecurity at Baylor University. A published author of Branding the Heart and the upcoming book eyeRobot, Tiffani inspires others through national speaking engagements, encouraging them to embrace and transcend their differences.
